Cultural Competency Curriculum - Stratis Health
Stratis Health seeks to improve the cultural
competency of healthcare providers. Stratis Health has a cultural competency
initiative to increase clinic/provider awareness around the Cultural
Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) standards. They will also introduce
an on-line Continuing Medical Education (CME) course, "A Family
Physician's Guide to Culturally Competent Care." This course will include
4 web-based trainings for clinic staff and providers, and address gap analysis
around CLAS standards, and demographic information regarding each clinic's
service area.
