Gilda's Club - Gilda’s Club Worldwide
This project is to promote
the soon-to-be available Gilda's Club to improve quality of life for people and
families living with cancer. By
leveraging assets, the project can 1) develop messages and materials 2) pilot
test them with two Minnesota health systems, Mayo and Health Partners and 3)
spread the messages and materials statewide using Stratis Health's
communication channels to hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, and
primary care clinics.
