Last month a group met to discuss survey results. DeAnn will add percentage, supporting data, key elements to the evaluation report. Lisa will contribute findings, actions or areas for potential future exploration.

2007 Evaluation Priorities |
What is essential to do over the next year? These are a few ideas:
1. Logic Models
Train people who would carry out evaluation on behalf of the committee. Work with project teams to revise evaluation questions. Frame the evaluation—What are questions project teams want to answer? Demystify evaluation and make it relevant to the work of the project teams.
2. Subgroup to look into additional indicators
3. Revise the survey questions or add survey questions
4. Offer trainings on writing Action Plans or funding for projects
