Next Meeting: Monday, September 29, 4:00–5:00pm, University of Minnesota's West Bank Office Building, 1300 South 2nd Street, Minneapolis, MN

Attended: DeAnn Lazovich, Kim Robien, Anna Ourada

The group decided to continue to work towards the goal of a creating a conference for professionals who work with cancer survivors.

We will plan to apply for the NIH conference grant by April 12, 2009 for a September 2010 conference.

Next Steps:

Kim will contact past NIH conference grant award recipients

Kim & DeAnn will attend the September 16 meeting of the U of M advisory council to gage interest in conference

Kim will contact other professionals who might be interested in the conference

Anna will research Cancer Summit costs

Anna will look at NIH grant requirements

Anna will finish draft of project team’s work plan and send to Kim & Wendy
