The Survivorship Continuing Education Project Team is working to create a conference in Spring 2011 which will target an audience of health care providers who work with survivors. The conference, “Bridging the Transition to Life After Cancer Treatment” will focus on helping patients successfully bridge the transition from active patient care to life beyond cancer treatment. This conference is being jointly planned by members of the University of Minnesota, Masonic Cancer Center; and the Minnesota Cancer Alliance.
