TITLE: 2013 Cancer Disparities Summit: Working Together to Find Solutions

LOCATION: Minneapolis Marriott Southwest, Minnetonka MN

DATES: June 19-20, 2013

GOAL: Provide Summit participants with an opportunity to learn about disparities that exist in cancer screening, treatment and mortality; to educate participants about how they can improve cancer prevention, treatment, and survivorship; learn about strategies aimed at addressing cancer disparities within communities across the state; and understand how they can participate in various initiatives aimed at reducing cancer disparities throughout Minnesota.
